• Legal & Healthcare Compliance Holds: Due to strict medical regulations, certain health records, telemedicine consultation logs, and maternal/child tracking data (e.g., Matrujyoti data) may be legally required to be retained for a specific statutory period (typically 3 to 7 years depending on local laws) even after an account deletion request. Once this legal retention period expires, this data will be permanently purged.
• Device Data: Raw environmental data from SETU-AIR and SETU-WIND is aggregated and anonymized. Non-anonymized device data tied to your profile is deleted upon account deletion.
